Maple Leaf Contracting was founded in 2022 by husband-and-wife Ethan and Christina, but building and renovating homes has been part of both of their lives for much longer. They each grew up in contractor families, learning early that there’s usually a way to fix something, improve it, or make it work better. Years before Maple Leaf had a name, they were already renovating homes together and developing the practical, hands-on approach that eventually became the foundation of the business.
Today, Ethan leads the construction and field side of Maple Leaf, while Christina focuses primarily on interior design, project planning, material and finish selections, sourcing, client communication, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps projects moving. That combination of construction experience and design thinking means decisions aren’t made in isolation — how something looks, how it functions, and how it will actually be built are considered together from the beginning.
The crew you see in these photos — Ethan, Taylor, and Tim — is the same crew that shows up at your home. We’re intentionally small and hands-on, so the people planning your project work directly with the people building it. No revolving door of subcontractors, no wondering who will actually walk through your door.
